KAM NOURY
Principal and Founder
Raised in a family of home builders, Kam had a vision of marrying tradition with technology as well as introducing newer, more sustainable building practices. And in 2000, his vision was realized, with the establishment of Parc de Prince.
In addition to his passion and vision in real estate, Kam brings 15 years of banking and financial experience to the field, with work experience at TD and Northwood, specializing in residential, commercial and Construction lending.
Kam is licensed by both FSCO (Financial Services Commission of Ontario) and OREA (Ontario Real Estate Association)..

FRED ESFANDIARY
Advisor
Fred immigrated to Canada in 1990. With expertise in construction and real estate. Fred continued to build his career in Toronto, constructing a number of single-family detached homes, as well as buying, selling and developing real estate.
